We are Engineering consultants In the Field of Electromechanical (MEP) Building Services. We undertake the end-to-end installation Designs, Erection supervision and project management. We undertake the project relating to high rise apartment buildings, complex buildings, health care, industrial & commercial projects. The designs we perform fully confirm to various national and international standards, safety standards, Govt Regulation with particular attention to Energy efficiency norms of BEE and National Building codes.

WHAT WE DO..

We do detail Post planning, in building services and performance design. During construction we can undertake reviews of the contractor’s proposals, carry out site monitoring services and post construction manage building optimization and occupant evaluation studies. Our engineers bring years of technical and management experience of commercial, Healthcare, industrial projects. We provide advice on design, procurement, installation, operation and maintenance of building services to buildings ranging from basic industrial units to large and complex valuable building projects. As a Consultants, we take the responsibility for Project Management, provide cost effective designs, Detailed installation Drawings, Project and material specifications, Tender documentation, Bid evaluation, awarding of contract, Material Procurement, Project Inspection, Quality control, Progress monitoring, Bill Verification, witness of testing and commissioning and ensuring the adherence to time schedules of the project.
